Ashley Legel, LMSW-C

With over three years of experience as a clinical social worker, Ashley is dedicated to supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Central Michigan University and a Master of Social Work degree from Wayne State University, Ashley is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Informed Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused approaches. This diverse clinical background allows Ashley to meet clients where they are and create a therapeutic space grounded in person-centered and trauma-informed care.

A core tenet of Ashley’s practice is grounding clients in the therapy process, using somatic approaches to help individuals reconnect with their bodies and emotions. Whether through mindfulness, body-awareness techniques, or focused breathing, Ashley helps clients integrate the mind-body connection as part of their healing journey.
